The Water You Use Makes A Difference When Prepping Food

When washing your fruits and vegetables before cooking, juicing, or eating, the water you use can actually matter.

Ordinary tap water typically contains chlorine, chloramines, and fluoride in addition to other chemicals and impurities.  Whether you rise or soak your food, these chemicals and impurities can be absorbed into the food you are prepping.

Water is a universal solvent, and the use of clean reverse osmosis water, is an even better and more natural way to clean your food.

If you are buying organic, hormone-free food, going the extra step and installing a reverse osmosis system makes sense. In addition to clean food, you’ll have clean drinking water too!
